Apply a thin veil to the clean face, neck, and decollete AM and PM.  It is recommended to use this oil-free moisturizer after applying Stamina Mist and Stamina Serum to enhance their adaptogenic strength, featuring Stamina®️ Complex. 

In the evening, it can be layered over other skin care. To improve skin radiance and smoothness, we recommend using Stamina Mask twice a week prior to applying this moisturizer.

• Cleanse face, neck and décolletage with your favorite cleanser
• Apply three pumps of Stamina Intention Moisturizer in hands
• Rub together in hands to warm product
• Bring hands to face and Breathe IN on the count of three (1-2-3)
• Slowly Breathe Out on the count of five (1-2-3-4-5)
• Continue 3-5 cycles of this Rhythmic Deep Breathing as you are applying Intention Moisturizer
• Starting at top of forehead, gently massage and smooth it on face, neck, and décolletage in a heart shape motion

What skin types is this moisturizer made for? This oil-free, lightweight moisturizer is for all skin types, including both oily and dry skin.

How long will it take to see results? Your skin will feel hydrated, calm, and soothed after this first use. Radiance and brilliance are restored immediately. Long-term calming and skin balancing effects start to show within the first two weeks.

Can I layer this with other Stamina products? Yes. This moisturizer pairs well with all Stamina products, including the Stamina Mask and Stamina Mist.

Is this ideal Moisturizer for young, old, men or women, oily or dry skin?
