Recently, we had the privilege of hosting an Instagram Stamina Live session with Health Coach Carrie Best, an Integrative Health Coach and Nutritionist, where we delved into the importance of maintaining and strengthening these habits throughout the year. Mind Hacks to Help Habits Stick:
There are certain mind hacks which help to enhance healthy habit consistency. You can find many of these in the book, Atomic Habits by James Clear . Here are some of Dr. MBK, our founder’s favorites: habit stacking (for instance, brush teeth and apply sunscreen combo every morning, and brush teeth and moisturizer combo every night), 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins, have alternative plans if schedule changes, which often happens in professional parents' lives.
